There is also a brief warm-up session and a cool-down stretch too. You are usually switching back and forth between two different moves during each of the segments. The strength moves generally combine upper- and lower-body training.     I hear you sister. I’ve been on the 30 day shred for about 90 days now… I’m not sure its working but I’m scared to stop. Good luck!
